​Free Medical Camp – Kolathur Village, Tamil Nadu (July 6, 2025)

​The Miracle Steps Foundation partnered with Suga Yoga Trust, led by Yoga Master and World Record Holder Shri. Gunasekaran, to organize a free medical camp at Venkateswara School, Kolathur Village, near Chennai, India.
The camp aimed to support rural and elderly residents with limited access to healthcare. A team of specialists offered free treatments in varma, yoga therapy, acupuncture, homeopathy, and traditional medicine, along with complimentary medicines.
More than 50 villagers benefited from the initiative, receiving personalized care and guidance for their physical ailments. All expenses—including specialist fees, medicines, food, and transportation—were fully sponsored by the Miracle Steps Foundation.
The event received an overwhelmingly positive response, with community members requesting additional camps in the coming months.

Free Mudra Camp for Senior Citizens – August 9, 2025

The Miracle Steps Foundation, in partnership with Suga Yoga Foundation, organized a free Mudra Camp for senior citizens on August 9, 2025. The event was hosted at a local school specially rented for the occasion, and the Foundation also sponsored snacks and dinner for all 30 participants.

The camp introduced seniors to the ancient practice of hand mudras, simple yet powerful gestures that promote better circulation, stress relief, improved digestion, enhanced focus, and emotional balance. Experienced instructors from Suga Yoga guided participants through gentle, accessible exercises designed to improve overall well-being.

The initiative was met with heartfelt appreciation from attendees, many of whom reported feeling calmer, more energized, and eager to continue the practices in their daily routines.

Wellness Program for Visually Impaired

The Miracle Steps Foundation partnered with Suga Yoga Trust, led by Yoga Master and World Record Achiever Shri. Gunasekaran, to organize a wellness program for visually impaired individuals on August 17, 2025.

Participants—many of whom earn a living by selling small items such as pens, candles, and soaps on local trains—were transported to a nearby school where they received guided yoga and mudra training, along with varma therapy and free medicines. The program also provided lunch for participants and their children, and each attendee received free saleable items (pens, soaps, candles, and stationery) to encourage self-employment and financial independence.

The event was met with joy and gratitude, as participants expressed both physical relief and renewed confidence. All expenses, including transportation, food, medicines, and supplies, were fully sponsored by the Miracle Steps Foundation.

Caring for the Elderly and Vulnerable at Shri Saradha Illam

Miracle Steps Foundation proudly supported Shri Saradha Illam in Sholapuram, on the outskirts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This privately run organization provides free accommodation, nutritious meals, clothing, and care to 62 elderly, children, and physically challenged individuals without any government assistance.
On 31st July 2025, Miracle Steps Foundation sponsored a complete meal for all residents, ensuring that every individual in the home could enjoy a wholesome and nourishing meal. Through initiatives like this, we remain committed to supporting the wellbeing of vulnerable members of society and fostering a community of care and compassion.

Supporting Girls’ Education and Wellbeing at Madurai Guild of Service Balar Illam

Miracle Steps Foundation is proud to support the children residing at the Madurai Guild of Service Balar Illam in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. This esteemed organization, established by dedicated philanthropists, runs three children’s homes in rural areas around Madurai, providing free accommodation, nutritious meals, educational materials, and clothing to underprivileged girls from rural families.
On 30th July 2025, Miracle Steps Foundation sponsored the complete meal for 200 girls at the Children’s Home in Karadikal, ensuring that these young residents could enjoy a wholesome and nourishing meal. We are committed to supporting the education, health, and overall wellbeing of children in need, and initiatives like these reflect our ongoing dedication to creating positive change in the community.

Spreading Joy at Shri Saradha Illam

On 8th August 2025, Miracle Steps Foundation sponsored breakfast for all residents at Shri Saradha Illam in Sholapuram. In addition to providing meals, Yuvha Karthikeyan, founder of Miracle Steps Foundation, performed live Tamil Carnatic music on Zoom, bringing joy and entertainment to the elderly, children, and physically challenged residents. Through initiatives like these, we aim to nurture both the well-being and spirits of the vulnerable in our community.

Supporting Children with Special Needs

Miracle Steps Foundation donated durable drinking glasses to 150 children with hearing and speech impairments cared for by the YMCA – Visalakshipuram Branch, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. These children, from families with limited resources, are lovingly supported by the organization in their daily living and education.
This initiative ensures that the children have access to safe, long-lasting, and hygienic drinking vessels, promoting better health, comfort, and dignity in their everyday lives. Through thoughtful contributions like this, Miracle Steps Foundation continues to foster inclusion, care, and wellbeing for differently-abled and vulnerable children in the community.

Caring for Children with Intellectual Disabilities

​Miracle Steps Foundation donated durable drinking glasses to 85 children with intellectual disabilities cared for by the YMCA – Ellis Nagar Branch, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. These children come from families with limited means and rely on the YMCA for daily care, support, and education.
This initiative helps provide the children with safe, sturdy, and hygienic drinking vessels, improving their daily living experience and promoting healthy habits. Through such compassionate efforts, Miracle Steps Foundation continues to support differently-abled children, fostering dignity, comfort, and inclusion within the community.

Promoting Wellness Through Music

Miracle Steps Foundation has launched a unique wellness initiative through music, with the release of three original songs performed and sung by Yuvha Karthikeyan. These songs promote healthy habits, mindful living, and holistic well-being, educating listeners on healthy eating, the benefits of Mudras, and the use of natural remedies, inspired by practices of the Suga Yoga Foundation, a nonprofit we have partnered with to support vulnerable populations in Tamil Nadu. The songs, available on YouTube, have collectively garnered 850+ views and received widespread appreciation and accolades. Many listeners shared that they start their day with these songs, finding motivation and positivity in them. Notably, the third song was officially released by the health coach during the foundation’s annual day and is now regularly played in wellness sessions to inspire and energize participants. Through this initiative, Miracle Steps Foundation continues to motivate, educate, and support communities in adopting healthier lifestyles, blending music, wellness, and social impact in a meaningful way.
